These terms apply when you use this website or buy from JCIE Beauty. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or we have made a pricing error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price you were shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.
Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is outside our control. See our shipping & returns page for current rates and timeframes.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Using the products
Our products are cosmetics, intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. We recommend patch-testing any new product on a small area of skin for 24 hours before wider use. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your doctor before using products containing active ingredients.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
