Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. If you are overseas and want something from the range, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can arrange.
Rates

Rates and timeframes are a starting point. Confirm them against your actual carrier before launch.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery to WA metro is usually quickest; regional and interstate deliveries take longer. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return postage is at your cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, body care or hair care unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
- Email jciebeauty@hotmail.com or message +61 466 411 323 with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We will confirm the return and send you the address to post it to.
- Post the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not arrive.
- Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
