We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure systems.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by Australian tax and consumer law, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work only with reputable providers and limit who can access customer data.
